Enlighten the road to hit the target with "a single bullet" with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritization. Monitor trading performance and custody balance and risks. Prevent losses and escalate according to risk policy Perform weekly and daily reports on trading performance and risk. Prepare weekly financial report (BS, CF, PnL) Investigate trading losses, custody balance deviations Automate financial reports, reports on trading risks and KPIs, custody risks, fraud and manipulations investigation Perform manual security checks of users’ transactions to prevent fraud and manipulations. Automate detection of suspicous behaviour Initiate rebalancing of custody to cold wallets to reduce risk. Initiate sale of high-risk tokens. Reduce exposure to 3rd parties Control rebates and fees to 3rd parties Control settings for the new assets integrations Update risk management policy based on changes in products or risk profile. Conduct trainings on risk policy in trading, payments team and trading desk Develop stress-tests for risk prevention Requirements: 1+ year of trading or trading infrastructure (front/back) experience in a brokerage, hedge fund, investment bank or an “olympiad winning” graduate Practical knowledge in financial risk management of interest rates, swaps, futures, options, Forex products Strong SQL and Excel skills. Python / C# and other programming languages is a strong plus Experience in accounting / financial reporting, process automation/enhancement, BI systems is a strong plus Strong quantitative background (mathematics/technical/finance) Why LATOKEN: Build the future .
